5 cups diced cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz) sour cream
1 stick butter or margarine
55 Ritz crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place crackers in a sealed plastic bag and crush with rolling pin. Melt butter, add cracker crumbs and poppy seeds. In a separate dish combine soup, sour cream and chicken. Grease a 9 x 13 dish. Layer 1/3 of the cracker crumb mix in the bottom of the dish, then layer 1/2 of the chicken mixture. Repeat. Layer the remaining crumbs on top. (Dish can be frozen now for later use.) Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Serve over noodles.
