2 c frozen strawberries or raspberries,
1 1/2c water,
1/2 c honey,
2 tbsp lemon juice.

Directions:
Partially thaw frozen berries until slightly juicy (about 20 minutes). Do not drain. Blend berries, honey, water, and lemon juice on high for one minute or until smooth. Pour into loaf pan. Cover with foil. Freeze until firm (about 6 hours). Remove pan from freezer 15 minutes prior to serving.
