1 whole boneless chicken breast, diced
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 small bottle tobasco sauce
1 cup diced celery
1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
2 T butter
1/2-2/3 cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in butter & tobasco until almost all liquid is absorbed. Blend together all other ingredients, reserving some blue cheese to sprinkle on top. Blend chicken into cheese mixture, sprinkle reserved blue cheese on top & bake in pie plate or casserole @ 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour. Serve with Frito's Scoops.
