8 Iamb rib chops [about 3-4 oz each], trimmed of excess fat Salt and freshly ground pepper
— Olive oil for brushing
— 1/2 teaspoon dried mint
— Pinch of ground cinnamon
8 - 16 grape leaves [depends on size of leaves]

Directions:
— Lightly season the chops with salt and pepper
— Lightly brush both side sides with olive oil
— Brown chops on both side to get “grill marks” on them [they should be raw inside]
— Remove from grill; sprinkle both sides with cinnamon & mint, easy with cinnamon! Rinse leaves and pat dry; trim any thick stems, discard
Place chop in center of leaf/leaves; wrap around chop leaving bone exposed
— Brush both sides with olive oil
Grill chops for 1-2 minutes on each side for medium rare
