12 Rhodes Texas rolls, thawed but still cold
2 oz. sliced pepperoni
8 oz. sausage, browned and drained well
2 1/2 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. pizza or spaghetti sauce, heated

Press 3 rolls together, use a little flour, roll them into 12 in. circle. Combine meat or ham, olives, mushrooms, green peppers, cheese, and Italian seasoning. Divide mixture equally-spoon into 1/2 of each circle. Fold over and pinch edges together. Place on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Dip in heated sauce.

I got this recipe from Lindsay Belew. Instead of sausage, you can also use hamburger. With this recipe, you can use anything inside....use your imagination!
