1 c. pearl barley
10 oz. beef stock (can use chicken or vegetable)
1 c. water
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp onion flakes
3 tbsp butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat stock, mushrooms and water. Add barley and onion flakes, mixing well. Place in casserole dish, and bake at 325º for 1 1/4 hours, covering for first hour.
