1 8 oz. can of beets.
6 cups torn fresh spinach or any leaf or romaine lettuce
2 cans mandarin oranges
1/2 medium cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup Italian dressing
Directions:
Directions:
Cut beets into julienne strips. Pour dressing over beets, cucumbers and oranges. Mix well and toss over greens just before serving.
