2 lb lean ground beef
2 Spanish onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small can tomato paste
2 c hot water
3 tsp chili sauce
3 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne
Tabasco sauce to taste
1/4 to 1/2 c unseasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté ground beef, onion and garlic, cook until red is gone from meat.
Add tomato paste, hot water, chili sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne and Tabasco to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Remove from heat.
Add bread crumbs and vinegar. Cover.
Bake at 325º 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Can be frozen.
