1 3 lb boneless beef chuck pot roast
2 tbsp cooking oil
3/4 c water
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp instant beef bouillon granules
1 tsp dried basil
3-5 medium potatoes sliced
5 medium carrots sliced
2 onions cut up
3 stalks of celery biased sliced
Some mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
- Trim fat from meat.
- Put oil in pan and let it get hot.
- Brown roast on all sides in pan (optional)
- Combine 3/4 c water, beef granules, Worcestershire sauce and basil
- Slice up vegetables, place in crock pot
- Place potroast on veggies.
- Cover with sauce mixture (from above).
- Cook on LOW for 10 -12 hours

You can really add whatever vegetables you like. This is perfect to throw in on a Sunday morning and come home from church with a delicious smelling dinner already cooking!
