1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 c. hot water
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tbsp. beef bouillon granules
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
2 c. shredded mozarella cheese, divided
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
24 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained

Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic. Drain well. Stir in water, tomato paste, granules, and oregano. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese, 1 c. mozzarella, parmesan, and egg. Stuff shells with cheese mixture and arrange in a greased 9x13 in. baking dish. Pour meat sauce over shells. Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle remaining mozzarella over top. Bake 5 minutes longer.
