1 — 14 oz. Brie Wheel
1 package Puff-Pastry Sheets
1 beaten egg
Brown Sugar
Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• Slice Brie, making 2 round layers.
• Place handful brown sugar on one layer.
• Top with pecans
• Place top wheel over brown sugar & pecans.
• Place handful brown sugar and pecans on top.
• After thawing, roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry to 1/8” thickness.
• Place Brie wheel in center of puff pastry.
• Wrap dough over wheel, sealing completely by crimping edges together.
• Brush top and sides with beaten egg for a glossy fnish.
• Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
• Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
• Cut small wedges from the wheel and serve with crackers.
