1 cup Coconut
1/2 cup ginger snaps (crushed)
1/2 cup graham crackers crumbs
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 (8 0z) cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
1/3 - 1/2 cup lime juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix coconut, ginger snaps, graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press in pie pan and bake 5 minutes at 350º. Cool.
Blend with hand mixer cream cheese, condensed milk, lime juice and vanilla until creamy. Pour in pie shell and chill over night.
