3 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (15oz.) can salmon, drained
1 c. cooked peas
8-10 biscuits (canned)
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. Saute onion and green pepper in oil until onion is golden. Blend in salt and flour. Gradually stir in soup and milk. Bring to a boil, boil 1 minute. Add salmon, peas and lemon juice. Pour into 11x7 in. baking dish. Top with biscuits. Bake 10-12 minutes.
