1 c. white sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1 1/2 c. peanut butter (18 oz jar)
6 c. Special K cereal
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar and corn syrup just to a boil. Add peanut butter and mix all together until creamy. Add Special K cereal. Put into greased 9x13 pan.
TOPPING: 1/2 c. chocolate chips and 1/2 c. butterscotch chips. Melt and spread onto bars. (an easier way is to heat oven to 200º and then turn off. Spread chips on bars and place in oven for 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven and spread melted chips to frost bars).
