Fresh jalapeno peppers
Cream Cheese

Clean peppers, cut stem off the top and cut lengthwise. Clean out the inside of the pepper. Spread cream cheese inside each pepper. Use a half of a slice of bacon and wrap around the pepper. Use a toothpick to secure the bacon. Cook in a 400º oven approximately 30 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.

These are not spicy - for those who like spice, you could add jalapeno juice to the cream cheese or serve jalapenos on the side.
