1 lb bacon
2 c. brown sugar (or more if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Put brown sugar in bowl. Cut bacon strips in half. Put bacon into bowl with brown sugar (one at a time) and coat both sides of bacon with generous amount of sugar. Lay onto baking sheet. Bake approx. 15 minutes or until crisp in 350º oven. Let cool slightly and enjoy.

Sugared bacon will last in fridge for up to two weeks. I love to make this in the summer and have it on a sandwich with fresh sliced tomatoes and mayo.
