1 1/2 stick margarine, melted
2 c. crushed pretzels
1/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. pineapple juice or water
2 (10oz.) pkgs. of frozen strawberries
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Mix melted margarine, sugar and pretzel. Put in 9x13 in. baking dish. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes then cool. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread on top of pretzel crust. Heat pineapple juice to a boil, add jello mix. Add strawberries and crushed pineapple. Place on top of Cool Whip layer. Chill until set.
