Ingredients:  
1 c. uncooked rice (if using minute rice, add another 1/2 c.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 cans water
1/2 pkg Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 tsp chicken bullion
4-6 chicken breasts (enough to lay flat in 9x13 pan)

Mix ingredients together except for chicken and rice. Layer rice in bottom of 9x13 greased pan. Layer chicken on top of rice. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Bake covered at 350º for 2 hours.
