8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
Dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 oz. package chopped beef
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream and onion flakes. Add softened cream cheese, parmesan cheese and < half of the chopped beef, snipped in small pieces. Blend thoroughly. Set cheese mixture in refrigerator about 15 minutes to harden slightly. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining shopped beef.
