1 3/4 cups boiling water
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp. cocoa
12 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oatmeal; let stand for 10 minutes. Add brown sugar, white sugar and butter. Blend until butter melts. Add eggs; mix well. Add 1/2 of chocolate chips Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x13" pan. Sprinkle rest of chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
