Directions:
Boil Chicken breast in water, add garlic onion and salt to taste. Drain chicken, once its cooled shred it (if you do it by hand it brings the flavors out more). In a bowl add sour cream, milk and salt, stir until its runny but not watery and put in fridge to cool. In a frying pan warm oil. Dip tortilla in oil and remove quickly. Add shredded chicken to tortilla and roll into a flute shape, secure tortilla with tooth pick. Add flutes "flauta" to oil (as many as your pan fits) and turn frequently to create even crisp. Remove and put on a plate with paper towel to absorb extra oil, salt to taste. Once flauta is cooked remove tooth pick. When serving top with lettuce, sour cream mixture, cilantro, farmers cheese and salsa

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If serving at a party let people add their own fixings, otherwise flautas become soggy if the sour cream is added to early.
