2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
2 lbs. Jimmy Dean sausage, browned and drained

Grease 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese in bottom of pan. Pour eggs over cheese. Spread cream, then sausage. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º
