Salt
Water
Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Butter and salt chicken.
Insert onion inside chicken.
Fill baking pan about 1/2 full of water.
Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake about 1 - 1 1/4 hours.
