4 to 5 ears of corn ( 1 bag frozen corn)
2 eggs, beaten
2 heaping tablespoons of flour
3 T fresh chives
2 T melted butter
1 1/4 cups, milk, cream, or skim milk (Just to over corn)
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs flour, chives, butter, salt and pepper together.

Place corn in a baking dish, pour egg mix over corn, than pour milk over the corn.

Bake in 350º oven for about 45 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
