2 c white sugar
2/3 c milk or cream
1/3 c white corn syrup
pinch of salt
2 T butter
1/4 c cocoa
nuts (optional)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 5 ingredients in a heavy pan until soft ball stage. Remove from heat and cool. add coca, nuts, and vanilla and beat by hand until mixture thickens and looses its gloss. Quickly pour into buttered pan. Score into small squares.
