2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well together. Use 1 tsp. of this mixture for each teaspoon of Royal or single-acting baking powder called for in a recipe. (Do not use when double-acting baking powder is called for. This is just a substitute in case you do not have baking powder on hand.
