1 cube butter (8 tbsp.)
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. maple syrup (but I often use a 1/4 c. extra)
1 loaf french bread - cut into cubes (whatever it takes to fill a 9x13 dish)
6 eggs
2 c. half & half (one small container)
1 tsp. vanilla
dash cinnamon

1) Put butter, cream cheese, and syrup into a bowl. Heat in the microwave until butter is melted and cream cheese is in chunks. (feel free it stir it up)

2) Grease pyrex dish (9x13 pan). Fill pan with cut up bread.

3) Beat eggs, half & half, and vanilla together

4) Pour butter mixture over bread, then pour egg mixture over bread.

5) sprinkle with cinnamon

6) Bake at 375 for approx. 30 minutes (as long as 40) until crispy on top and eggs look cooked. (You can cover with foil after 20 minutes if the top is looking too brown).

7) Can serve with maple syrup, but often not necessary. Enjoy!
