1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks margarine or unsalted butter, melted
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. of your favorite peanut butter
1 t. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 6 ounce package chocolate chips, melted
a few spoonfuls of hot water to thin out chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well and then shape into logs.
Melt chocolate chips, remove from heat, and stir in a little hot water to thin chocolate. Dip each log into chocolate mixture and place on waxed paper to cool. Slice into circles and enjoy this yummy sweet treat!

Aunt Mildred, my dad's oldest sister, was a country cook in Heavener, Oklahoma. Her pies, cakes and other desserts were the best!
