1 can creamed corn
2 beaten eggs
2 T melted butter or margarine
1/4 c cracker meal (or crush some saltines)
1/2 t black pepper
1 1/2 T medium salsa (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. You can add chopped onion, green pepper to taste, if you wish. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Top with additional 1/4 cup cracker meal and 3 T melted butter. Bake one hour at 400º.
