Ingredients:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 9x3 springforms pan with cooking spray.
Crust
2 T sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1-1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs or vanilla wafers, crushed

Stir sugar, then butter into crumbs. Press into the bottom and then 1" up the side of the pan. Bake 8 mins or until lightly browned. Cool at least 10 mins.

Cheesecake:
Mix together
2-(8oz) blocks of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
dash of salt
2 tsps vanilla
2 tsps lemon juice

add: 4 eggs beaten thoroughly after each egg

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into prepared crust and bake 40-45 mins.
Topping:

Stir 1 tsp almond extract into 1 can (21 oz) of cherry pie filling which has been drained of most of liquid. Also can substitute fresh strawberries or other fruits.
