2 c. shredded coconut
1/3 c. margarine (melted)
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding, NOT instant
1/2 c. whipping cream (whipped)
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 bananas (sliced)

Directions:
Melt margarine in skillet. Add coconut; cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until coconut is toasted & golden brown-watch closely. Reserve 1 T. coconut. Press into 9" pie pan to form crust. Chill. Prepare pudding mix as directed for pie filling on package, except use 1 3/4 c. milk. Cover pudding with plastic wrap; chill. Fold whipped cream & marshmallows into pudding. Arrange sliced bananas in pie crust. Pour filling over bananas. Sprinkle reserved coconut over pie. Chill several hours before serving.
