1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
(mix first two ingredients together)
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 T olive oil
3 large garlic cloves
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1-1/2 pea pods
4 cups assorted vegetables
1/4 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Toss shrimp in salt mixture to coat. Heat oil in large skillet. Add shrimp stirring continually over high heat for 2 mins. Remove to side dish. Add garlic and green onion to skillet. Stir over medium heat for 1 min. Add pea pods, vegetables, and chicken broth. Cook for 3-4 mins. Return shrimp to skillet stirring and cooking for 2 mins. Serve over rice.
