2 lbs. Ham, ground
1 lb. Pork, raw, ground
2 Eggs
1 c. Milk
1 c. Bread Crumbs
3/4 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Vinegar
1 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ham, pork, eggs, milk and bread crumbs. Shape into balls (makes 30 to 35). Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use. Combine brown sugar, vinegar and water; bring to a boil in a large sauce pot. Place ham balls in sauce and simmer for 2 hours.

I received this recipe from my cousin Dot. We used it many times when we were providing "hot meals" at the Church. It's very easy for a company meal.
