10-12 campari tomatoes (or can use plum if in season)
1/8 cup olive oil
1 TB minced fresh garlic
12 large fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/2 TB balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Fresh grated parmesan to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together minus the parmesan. Regrigerate until ready to serve. Sppon mixture on top of toasted baquette rounds and sprinkle with cheese.

I like the campari tomatoes in the winter. If you use plum, make sure they are completely ripe!
