17 pounds chicken (70 pounds)
2 tablespoons garlic powder (½ cup)
2 tablespoons ginger powder (½ cup)
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (¼ cup)
4 cups water (1 gal)
4½ cups pineapple juice (3 lrg cans)
2 cups Texas Pete (½ gal)
2 cups soy sauce (½ gal)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Soak chicken in sauce overnight in a refrigerator. Place a weight over chicken to keep all the chicken under the sauce. Grill the chicken until done. Briefly deep fry the chicken until the skin crisps.
