2 lbs ground beef
5 pounds potatoes
5 to 6 large carrots
1 large onion
salt/pepper
margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Make ground beef patty, top with thinly sliced potatoes, carrots and onions. Season with salt and pepper or season salt. Top with a pat of margarine. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes. May also be cooked on the grill for about 45 minutes.
