3 T Flour
2 eggs beaten
1-1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb veal cutlets
1-1/2 T butter
1-1/2 T olive oil
1 T chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour, eggs and crumbs in three separate dishes. Mix the salt and pepper into the bread crumbs. Beat the eggs. Dip the cutlets one at a time into the flour, shaking off any excess flour then into the beaten eggs, letting any excess drip off. Then drag the cutlets one at a time through the seasoned bread crumbs! Set aside for 15 mins so that the coating dries. Put oil and butter in frying pan heat to medium heat, cook 4-5 mins until golden brown and cooked through.
After cooking sprinkle with parsley.
