1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger
1/2 bell pepper
1 med onion
1 stick celery
2 c tomatoes
1 small pkg elbow macaroni
2 t chili powder
1 t salt and pepper
1 t sugar
1 c milk
2 t vinagar
2 T olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
First off mix the milk and vinigar and set aside (sours the milk).

Brown the onion, celery and pepper on olive oil. Once they are browned some, add the add the hamburger and brown it.
Add the chili powder, salt/pepper, sugar, macaroni, milk and tomatoes and stir together.
Put a lid on the pan and cook on low heat until macaroni is soft. Stir every once in awhile to prevent burning.
