10 c. old-fashioned oats
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. wheat germ
1 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. craisins
1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
1 c. honey
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cube melted butter

Directions:
In large bowl, stir together the first 10 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix, pour onto two jelly-roll pans and bake at 350º for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Once it's cooled, store in large resealable plastic bags.
