2 cups sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter (melted)
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup corn flakes (crushed)
1/2 cup pecan (chopped)
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 stick butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake sweet potatoes until tender (1 hour at 400º). Peel and mash potatoes with sugar, milk, eggs, melted butter and vanilla. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes or until firm.
Topping:
Mix crushed cornflakes, pecans, brown sugar and butter. Sprinkle on casserole and bake 10 minutes longer.
