4 pounds small red potatoes
1 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup light sour cream
1 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 green onions, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boling water to cover for 30 minutes. Drain and cool. Thinly slice potatoes.
Stir together mayonnnaise and next 5 ingredients. Gently stir into potato. Cover and chill. Top with green onions.

This recipe was found by luck. Brittany came from Charleston for the weekend when I served it. She called the next weekend for the recipe. It took me some time to find which cookbook it was in. I was just trying to use potatoes I had on hand before they spoiled. What a nice surprise! The horseradish in this dish is the key!
