One pkg yeast
1/4 cup warm water
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon rind
1 and 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup margarine
Two eggs beaten
1 cup whole milk
1 Tablespoon cinnamon

Directions:
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. In large bowl combine flour, salt, lemon, and 1/4 cup sugar. Cut in margarine with a fork. Combine eggs, milk and yeast and add the flour. Combine lightly. Cover in refrigerator overnight. Divide dough in half. Roll out and put sugar and cinnamon on dough. Roll like cinnamon rolls, cut and bake for 12 minutes in 400 degree oven and enjoy. Get ready to make more because they will be gone in record time.

I remember one of the first times mother made these, her brother, Doyle, was visiting and he had so much fun with the title of these delicious sweet rolls. The only person that makes them perfect is mother and she brings them to Fargo every time they visit. They disappear very fast. Andrea also submitted this recipe with the following note: A very favorite made by Grandma. These always come to Fargo with Grandpa and Grandma and are eaten immediately!
