2 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 can pitted bing cherries (drained)
1 cup hot water
1 12 oz. coke
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Pour hot water over gelatin and stir well. Add pineapple, cherries and pecans. Pour in coke and stir well. Pour into small casserole dish. Let set over night.

Bid and I love this salad. My mom, Freida, made this often when we were kids and became a favorite. Our kids would never take a bite and still won't. I make it just for us and serve it with any entree or just for lunch with a sandwich or tuna salad.
