1/4 c lemon juice
2 T olive oil
1 T dill weed or 2 T chopped fresh dill
1 T Dijon mustard
1/4 t. garlic
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. white pepper
1 pound Tilapia Fillets

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, oil, dill, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.

Pour mixture over the fish, cover and marinate for at least 20 minutes or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Bake fillets on baking sheet at 375º for 15 minutes or grill over medium heat for 15 minutes.
