zest and juice of 1 lemon or orange
1/4 c coconut milk
1 c orange juice
2 T honey
1/2 c white wine

slivered almonds
butter
4 white fish filets (tilapia, grouper are tasty)
sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer first 5 ingredients until thick, this takes awhile.

Toast slivered almonds.

Fry fish in butter until done.

Add sprinkle of sea salt, sauce and top with almonds.
