4-6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1 cup chicken broth (or 1 chicken bullion cube dissolve in 1 cup water)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (be careful!!)
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients EXCEPT cornstarch and water in med bowl and mix. Add mixture to crock pot.
Cook on low 5-6 hours or on high 3-4 hours. When chicken is done remove chicken and strain liquid from crock pot. Add this liquid to sauce pan and add cornstarch and water. Cook on medium heat until sauce gets thick. Serve with white rice.

This dish can be as spicy as you like depending on how much Cayenne you add. Serve with white rice and drizzle chicken with thickened sauce. It is best to use reduced sodium soy or final product is salty.
