1 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup mushrooms sliced
1 small onion
soy vey or soy sauce
garlic salt

cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
white cheese
season chicken breasts with garlic salt

Put seasoned chicken in the microwave and cook it for 4 or 5 mins. Let it cool. Shed or cut it up and set aside. Put all the ingredients in a frying pan except the soy vey and cook until the veggies are a bit crispy. Add soy vey. Mix cream of chicken soup, milk, and sour cream and heat. Dip edges of the tortillas in the cream sauce, wrap with filling and top with cream topping and any white cheese.
