1/2 cup sugar
2 T cornstarch
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp food coloring
3 cups strawberries

Directions:

mix first four ingredients with strawberries until completely coated. Pour into pie shell.

Single Pie Crust

1-1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup shortening (crisco)
3 to 4 tablespoons cold water

Stir together flour and salt. Cut into crisco until size of peas. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon at a time until completely moistened. Form into a ball. Roll dough ball from the center out to the edges. Pour filling into crust. Bake at 375º for 30-35 mins
