Personal Notes:
For our family's Christmas dinner, I use about 3 lbs. of lutefisk. This is always the main course along with potato sausage and meatballs. It's a tradition from Del's family. Lutefisk is easy to serve now, and even the grandchildren enjoy it! Years ago it had to be soaked from board-hard to be used. The milk/egg gravy serves as gravy for the potatoes - even for those who don't enjoy lutefisk! So you need lots of gravy for the meal.
