2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. water
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 whole egg
2/3 c margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Boil together the sugar and water together for one minute. Cool, Sift the powdered sugar slightly and combine with the beaten egg. Add to the boiled mixture. Then beat in 2/3 c. margarine (softened) Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Makes enough icing to cover a 2-layer cake
